About MeI am a USATF Level 3 coach and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a multitude of coaching experiences from high school to adult runners. I am a lifelong student, educator, and currently pursuing my Ph.D. in biomechanics at BYU studying running mechanics and methods of improving running performance.
I have published scholarly work on distance runners and currently coach the running club team at BYU. In founding SteeleRunning, I hope to share insights on sound training practices & philosophies to help runners continue to improve while setting new personal bests. |
